Homemade Chick-fil-A Sauce

Creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet, this homemade Chick-fil-A sauce recipe is a perfect copycat of the beloved fast-food favorite. Great for dipping, spreading, and marinating!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise preferably full-fat for best texture
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce use a sweet and tangy variety
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard or Dijon mustard for extra tang
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • optional pinch paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor if desired

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce.
  • Whisk together until smooth and fully combined.
  • Add the honey, yellow mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix gently but thoroughly until the sauce is creamy and well blended.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. For extra depth, stir in a pinch of paprika or garlic powder.
  • Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute some or all of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days. Stir before each use if separation occurs. You can also freeze the sauce in freezer-safe containers for up to 3 months.
